Selfhost SSF With no migration | POE ofline W

I cant connect to any server due to Ru region internet providers changes.
With VPN its unplayable.
I have seen new Msk servers in progress, but still. It would solve many problems
I play only ssf league and a lot of players do that way.
So why cant we have selfhost ssf since playing online isnot needed.
It would free servers cause many ssf players doesnt need trade migration. And playthro data could be stored at player's pcs, so its not bothering ggg's servers at all
