Wildsurge Incantation feels cheap

This is the keystone related to duration and damage of storm skills. This could simply be something baked into the skill with mechanics like "Storms cannot fire quicker than x" or "storms have a minimum duration of y" rather than forcing a keystone on a specific area of the tree.

Storms, plants, and even volcano could greatly benefit from some gem support or just gem baseline mechanics that enable this type of build as opposed to traveling deep top left tree to get some weird node for it.

Two lines to each skill to say "Vines attack every x seconds" with "Vine attack rate scales with duration" "Maximum attack rate of vines is 2 per second, Minimum attack rate of vines in 1 per second" to allow flexibly in character building. Even a support would be better like Hasty Nature reduced skill effect duration by 76%, moredamage by 75% to account for a less support.

This keystone is a low for PoE and is a huge divergence from PoE1 keystones and everything else in the game. No other keystone that I can think of, even the hidden ones, behaves as a strick single archetype damage steroid.

Also take the channeled effect off Volcano, it ruins the ability to support the skill with interesting mechanics.
