Left click / the move command ends channelling instantly.

Hence mouse & keyboard are still effectively unusable with these skills.
(Unless you want to die moving in a straight line by issuing a move command before starting to channel.)

A simple solution would be to emulate WASD (/controller stick) movement on mouse & keyboard. The distance of the cursor from the character would simply determine when to stop moving in that direction.
