visuals question after killing enemys

https://ibb.co/B0QpryQ I have these "flames" on corpses, and cannot figure out what they mean... Is it a visual to show I have killed an ignited enemy? Is it from MTX? Look at the description of your equipped MTX. I had something similar once, drove me nuts until someone pointed out it was mtx-related
