All of my tracking scrolls suddenly stopped working

I own five different tracking scrolls (Abysses, Bounty, Headhunting, Hunting and Treasures) and check them like once a day. All of seemed to have stopped tracking anything at the same time. I never unequipped or reset them. They're showing the same values they had when they stopped working. Unfortunately I'm not sure what I did when they stopped, as I only check them about once a day. My pilfering ring seems to be working fine still.

Edit: My step counting ring isn't working anymore either.
