CPU overloading in any map

Hello! Since the last patch its impossible to play any map. The game starts to stutter to a point that it just freeze. With it is frozen, I can hear and my minions are active and dealing damage, I just cant walk or cast anything.

Windows 10
Intel i5-3330 3ghz
AMD Radeon 580 2048sp
16gb RAM
All configs on the lowest possible, dx12.
