Legacy scarab stuck in fragment tab (Standard)

I started playing standard after a break and noticed that some of the scarabs I had in the fragment tab are now drop disabled and their slots should disappear for the tab. I thought that removing all of the scarabs from the tab and reloading the instance would "force update" my fragment tab but I ran into an issue where I have 14 Blight Scarab of Bounty that I cannot interact with - hovering over them displays nothing and I cannot remove them from the tab. It seems like that slot is reserved for the Blight Scarab of Blooming since adding it via affinity will overlap with the "read-only" Blight Scarab of Bounty.

Is there any way to remove this bugged scarab? And also, is emptying the scarab section of the fragment tab enough to update it and remove the slots for the legacy scarabs?
