[Suggestion] Mercantile Amulet - Reduced Vendor & Gambling Prices

I would like to suggest a new common amulet that has an implicit that lowers gold cost from vendors and gambling. This would be a fun addition for the SSF experience. The name suggests the silver tongue to get that special price.
