First blood pack on Psn ps4/ps5 WARNING

Do not buy the first blood pack on ps5 if you already did on ps4! For some reason we are able to.
I bought the first blood a few years ago on ps4... forgot about it... came back this year on ps5... saw the pack available in the store, and bought it again :( ... Sadly I didn't get anything! Sony refused to refund what they call "ingame currency" ang GGG refused to refund what they call a "1 time only purchase", they even refused to credit my account with the 200points included in the pack. Just the points? They should've also given you the stash tab too even if they couldn't do anything about what would have been a duplicate skin.
