Does "Remarkable Relics" work with prize-type drops?

Will this work with, say, Delirium scarab rewards? It's a little awkward, because I've already noticed some Atlas talents say "scarabs found in your maps" and others say "scarabs dropped in your maps". If this game was as strict and always right as the community claims it is, then this would tell us that the two wordings are indeed differently coded into the game. But my actual instincts tell me that they're not different, it's a mistake by GGG (gasp), and Remarkable Relics probably doesn't work with anything that drops from any source that isn't directly a monster.

(Which does also raise the question of Breach loot: Is that loot directly from the monsters, i.e. it's withheld until the end? Or does it "tally up" your kills and then produce non-monster-dropped loot at the end?)
