Lack of simplefied crafting hurts endgame for casuals

I think the design around hardcore metaslave types hurts the game more than it helps.
I enjoy Poe2 a lot but the cycle is almost always the same. Start SSF>Get near endgame and farm 15s and other content>Amount of decent gear drops drops so much it takes forever to find something decent. I am well aware that if you farm 23 types of content and currencies you can deterministically craft great items, but let's be honest here. Do you think your average players will bother with that ridiculous type of crafting? Its as absurd as the people who play normal league and do ridiculous things to get divines to play the market rather than the game. So this feedback is coming from someone who is only interested in playing the game, as you get some decent gear over time, you can keep doing a ton of maps without getting anything useful. My only real crafting I do is essences+abyss bones because they are simple, get a level with 2 good traits, throw an essence for a desired trait and then pray to rng that the abyss gives you something decent and even then its rare. (Recombinator still seems to be utter garbo considering any 2 good comps means your item will break 95% even if the % says otherwise) What we need is simpler forms of crafting, ideally that use some form of currency. Just let us get 4 good traits through that method, we dont need some uber perfect item but the endgame as it stands for me, there isnt much to look forward to. I do maps, i get nothing useful for many maps, I die once and take a break because there's no "chase" at endgame for me.
