Accessibility: Reporting Periodic Recovery

The Life regeneration line gets removed from the defense tab on the character page when allocating the Recovery Mastery:
"Life Recovery from Regeneration is not applied; Every 4 seconds, Recover 1 Life for every 0.1 Life Recovery per second from Regeneration"

The player is no longer informed about the recovery amounts from this mastery after it is allocated, please add a line to the character page for this information.
