Exile Leveling for second character

Is there something like Exile Leveling for second characters? Where all the "get crafting recipe" or "finish trial" are removed? Do I have to do the pantheon bosses again?

What is the fastest route skipping everything I unlocked already?

Twink gear, don't worry about killing everything along the way. Just do the quests that give skill points. Ignore stuff that you don't need.

Yes, stuff like unlocking the crafting recipes, Lab-progres (the Trials) and Atlas progres is shared between all your characters in the same League-Enviroment (e.g. SSF, or HC), and need to be done only once per Leaguestart.
