3.28 - Tanky Trauma Stacking Infernal Blow Juggernaut

saw an similar build at poe Ninja and tried to min-max it. Can easy facetank Nightmare Bosses, its not a billion DPS-Monster, but can easy beat NIghtmare in under 1 min.
