Trial of Sekhemas resets after second trial

While playing with friend in a multiplayer session, we started a level 60 Trial of Sekhemas, and after finishing the second trial, the whole thing reset. We have to run through trial one again.

Not 100% sure but a level 60 barya should have 2 floors, so the trial ends at the ancient guardians (twin bosses)

2 floors is barya lvl 45+
3 floors is indeed lvl 60. I always do my third ascension after getting the lvl 60 barya from interlude since 0.3. In case it's your first attempt: Be sure to use the door at the whole opposite of the room when you're done killing the floor 2 bosses. First door bring you back to entrance. Always tought thoose doors were not very clear when you first attempt it and dont know. So maybe it's just that. SSF-HCSSF player
