Legion freezing my computer

Hi, when I open a Legion Encounter w/ Eternal Conflict Scarab, always I will go down to 2-4 fps which I don't mind as long as I can move and continue to kill monsters, but sometimes it will just freeze almost completely to less than 1 frame per second, and the timer will stop counting down - until finally the game will resume 30 seconds later and the encounter is over. I'm wondering if there is any advice anyone can give me to help with this?

I'll post a screenshot of my gfx settings down below.

Here are my computer specifications:

Windows 11 25H2
i7-12700k
32GB DDR4 at 3600MT/s
Nvidia 3080Ti GPU(Driver Version: 595.97)
Samsung 990 Pro NVMe SSD

If the answer is that I need to get a new CPU or something, I am okay with that. But I have always had issues with Juiced content having horrible performance, but it seems to have gotten worse over the years, to the point now the entire game just freezes. This didn't used to happen. Also, I just reinstalled windows so the OS is OK I think.

We'd need a screenshot of the in-game performance metrics, taken while experiencing the issue, to be able to offer meaningful advice.

Here in the screenshot are 2 instances of the issue occurring towards the end of the legion stasis encounter where the screen freezes and the clock stops.

What is interesting is that after I made this post, the issue went away for 10 maps or so, now it is coming back towards the end of the stasis. I think maybe there is less going on in these maps then earlier, b/c earlier it would happen immediately when starting the legion encounter, but it still seems to be the same issue.
