Whats the best DPS Support?

I tested some variations on Exarch to figure out whats best bc PoB tricked me too many times.

I starting with Close Combat since Mister 57 advised it in his Stream.
But since i didnt fully understood the function of it i switched to Multistrike, which performed better.

According to PoB Cooldown Recovery should be the best.
But it wasnt.

Can anybody explain that or how to guarantee to find the best support combination?


ps:
I used the skill only and always started attacking before the 1st phase started and never moved.
So there should be little to no diviation at all.
