Do we still have helpers/mercenaries?

I really loved the mercenary league, but from what I have seen so far in game it doesn't look like we have access to mercenaries any more?

Is that going to come back to core or did they just nuke that whole thing?.... or maybe I'm just missing something and get get one now??

Nice question, I have been wondering the same. I am not sure if you have listened to the most recent interviews with the Devs, but this will definitely be a part of the game. When that will happen is a little bit to early to tell. This is due to an obvious rework of how the mercenaries work in the first place (being able to dupe a Doryani's is busted for us and the league). When the game feels comfortable to be reintroduced, they will be. I love the ability to bring in the help of others in a non-summoner, solo ARPG style. The auras, curses, and uniques that they were able to find was immaculate.

I actually thought they will be back this league and play an aura stacker with my kb mercenary...but nope they are not back.

The problem with this league mechanic is, that they have to come up with something very very creative to make them optional. They have to be optional otherwise it would be the wrong decision to let them go core.
