and need a passive point that scale based on str in skill tree

dex provide
evasion/accuracy
projectile range/speed
projectile damage

and need a passive point that scale based on dex in skill tree

int provide
mana
mana regen
energy shield
spell damage

and need a passive point that scale based on dex in skill tree
