Pause while unfocused

My internet connection isn't great right now, so it sometimes take a little while to load into a map. I will often alt tab to look at something else while I wait, and when I come back I am protected by the grace period.

However, it's easy to overshoot, and with Mirage placing you right in the middle of packs of enemies, this can kill!

I think what would be useful is a menu toggle to allow auto-pausing while the game isn't focused. That way when you load into a map while alt-tabbed it will automatically pause, preferably to the escape menu. This way you can click on the client without unpausing/losing grace, and choose when you resume.
