Re-entering portal causes disconnect

I have kept having this issue while mapping. If I die, I will get disconnected from the game. Once I log back in and try to reenter the map, I will get disconnected again, or if I make it back into the map, I'll get disconnected shortly after moving my character. Every time I try to re-enter the map, a portal gets used, so basically, I can't finish the map or the invitation.

I haven't seen this issue reported so far, and I tried emailing support and got this response:
"Hi there,

Thank you for the message, and I am sorry to hear about this issue. Unfortunately, we are not currently offering email Technical Support due to limited staff resources. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."

This is really annoying, and I have never had this issue before when playing.
Any help would be appreciated.
