Letters that allowed in character name

Recently two of my characters were forcefully renamed and the reason was set the names are against the Code of conduct.
The names were a combination of the U+115F character. They white-space has literally no meaning so the name is NOT: hateful or needlessly negative DOES NOT: Discuss inflammatory topics, such as Politics or Religion Personally attack or cause harm to the reputation of others UNABLE TO: Antagonise others in an obnoxious manner Reference explicit or illegal material Impersonate Grinding Gear Games staff IS EQUAL TO ANY OTHER NAME IN THE CONTEXT OF: Disrupt forum or chat use for others I sincerely wonder how a character name " " is able to breach the Code Of Conduct. Please explain the background.
