Xbox Series X Extremely long loadscreens + invisible mobs

Been having this issue for 3 days on Xbox series X

Always happens even if it's the first map I enter after leaving hideout,the map starts fine until mobs slowly stop showing their models and npcs also don't load properly including Varashta...when getting in the mirage of the same map a long loadscreens is always guarantee no matter mob density.

Tried to do everything on my end including reinstalling,using a ssd,changing routers,swapping internet cables or even using wifi...never had issues like this before in this league or past leagues.
