Does someone have access to the admin panel again?

In 2024, a malicious actor gained access to the admin panel within PoE and used it to access player accounts and steal high profile high value items.

All I know is its 2026 and this company is too incompetent to offer proper account security. Why would I ever spend money on this game again?

It's probably one of the 10,000 different third party apps PoE has, or a fake app. Sadly almost no one posts the apps/websites they use for PoE when this happens to them so no one can ever figure it out besides GGG. Because the victims are so reluctant to share info it makes me think they're buying/selling currency or using bots....
