Can suddenly only use certain skills once.

I have a weird problem. I bought a map, used a couple of scarabs, and entered. Killed the bosses and went on to clear the rest. But suddenly - without me doing anything, I could only use certain skills one time. Including my main attack skill (Flicker Strike). They're just greyed out. If I leave by portal and enter again, I can use them again - but only once.

It affects:
- Flicker Strike
- Frostblink
- Blood Rage

I've tried swapping weapons. Unlinking the gems. Disabling auras and buffs. Dying.
Only thing that helps, is leaving through portal, and entering again. And then I can flicker once, and I'm back to not being able to do anything.

What the hell is going on?
