From league to std

Please tell me. Is it allowed in the rules to transfer currency between leagues. For example, I give a mirror to a league, and another person gives me 2 on the standard

As stated above, no, but I believe that you are allowed to "lend with interest", you give them a mirror now, and they give you two mirrors after the league ends... but I may be wrong.
