Nerf T1 Tree, Buff Ground Loot, Flatten Uniques

I like 90% of breach. I hate the high-rolled equipment. When you create mechanics that print t1/t2 items freely with targeted rolls like 5x odds for lucky resistance rolls and life, it invalidates the floor of gear that much further. The problem with Divs this league stems from the lack of a foundation for valuable items. Without crafting there is very little reason to use the currency to even try and make good gear. The div inflation is just a reflection of the fact that everyone has easy access to gg items. I think the last 2 leagues and the last PoE2 league kind of highlight all the same issue. The lack of a floor with desirable currency creates a bubble beneath it.

Here is to hoping the synthesis rework doesn't further take away from emergent items, maybe 90% of the unique get culled out of the game and added to implicits or drop-only mod pool for items so interesting items can be found again. I love IDing jewels and rings, but they've really lost all the spark that made them great due to the mod inflation specifically from Tree and Shipments.

I'd love to see synth borrow every unique mod to some power extent so we can craft again instead. I feel like I can't make a build with really even 4 rares anymore.
