Key Epic Games no access in the game

I activated a PoE2 key on Epic Games, and when I activated it, the download and installation were enabled, but when I tried to play, it says I don't have access to the game.

Hey there! The Steam and Epic Client Keys should unlock the Path of Exile 2 Client in your Steam or Epic Library, these do not provide Early Access.
