ban was unfair

Hello GGG Team,

I was banned on two of my accounts and I don’t understand why.

One of my accounts has no characters at all, I have never played on it, and it says it was banned on March 18. My main account was banned on March 23, even though I did not play or log into this league at all.

I have been banned on two accounts without playing, and I have no idea what caused it. I have already sent emails to support, and I also submitted a ban appeal. On my main account it says I need to wait for an investigation, but I truly did nothing wrong and I believe this ban was unfair.

Could someone please clarify what might be happening?

Game developers always delay account bans for perceived rules violations to prevent e.g. the creators of a bot application from learning in real-time when and how the bot has been detected.

So - I'm just some guy on the internet, I'm not weighing in on whether the ban was warranted. I know nothing about you. I have no basis on which to decide (and I don't care enough to guess).

I'm just trying to clarify that "I haven't played recently" isn't actually meaningful here.
