Remove Boss phases from Silo & more options for invisible buff effect.

Silo is just a normal map, with a god awful boss.

It is bad for:
- Breach
- Expedition
- Legion
- Boss Rush strategies
- Altar farming (you can't rush the boss so you gamble on a div altar)

However it is pretty chill to run when you just want to watch some videos.

If it wasn't for... The god awful 3 phase boss encounter.

There is no need for it, it got to a point where I can probably run 1/4 or 1/3 of map in the time it takes for me to kill the boss. For NO REASON. I have to skip it most of the time, and I just did 36/40 challenges specifically because I skipped so many of those bosses my grind-based challenges just straight up didn't count over time.

Also for the love of GOD let us remove adrenaline visual effect with Invisible Buff Effect.
