PC freezes but doesn't crash

During campaign my PC freezes completely, screens get locked and I can't use my mouse and keyboard so can't escape it.
The PC itself doesn't crash because I can still hear music going in the background or the mobs hitting me.
Ultimately I have no choice but to reset.

Stress tested with AMD and FunMark but the PC didn't reproduce the same issue.
Kinda out of ideas now, it's a fresh install so all the drivers are up to date.

Happened during DirectX12 and Vulkan as well.

Spec:
Asus TUF Gaming B550-Plus
Ryzen 5600
64 GB DDR4 RAM
XFX 9070XT 16GB
Windows 11 24H2

All AMD Adrenalin options are turned off, no anti-lag, no fsr scaling, no super res, no image sharpening. Also turned off various overlays.

Event viewer does not have an entry for the "crash" as it does not consider it as one.

try opening task manager, go to information, locate path of exile, rightclick, manage process access (not sure the exact english word) and uncheck CPU0. Make sure the other ones are checkes. it helped me back in poe2
