Wrongful Ban

Last week my main account was banned for third party software, I have exported my data from the account and can see the reason listed for the ban is botting. I believe this ban is incorrect as I have never botted or anything alike.

When I appealed my ban I was given an automated response declining my appeal. I would like to request a more in depth investigation into my ban.

Seems like a lot of these kind of threads are being made this last week; surely they're not all cheaters huh? I really don't want to be playing a game where I could just randomly get banned for no reason so it'd be nice if y'all could make some sort of statement, though I doubt it'll happen.

I've noticed this too, I have a friend who has played for 10+ years, and the only tools he uses is awakened POE trade and POB. It says 3rd party tools and that he was botting. Unless being unemployed and efficient at the game is against the rules, it seems there is a larger problem with false ban triggers happening right now and GGG needs to figure this out and unban these people. There's no way all these posts are accurate or legitimate bans.
