Wildwood can prevent your map from getting loot and xp

I just clicked into the fog in the wildwood to walk but apparently targeted an altar that didnt show (im suspecting it was because i had clicked a bismuth ore beforehand) and managed to get both Leporine Procession aswell as Murine Procession.

Combined monsters in the map dont drop Loot or XP.
