Change support gems in Ruthless

Hello I really want to play ruthless but not having access to support gems is idiotic.

It kills build diversity. I can't play what I want and it's just stupid.

Change it so it's like POE2 with uncut gems or just give us access to support gems. The insufferable constant loot explosion is the issue. I still want access to the most basic mechanic in this game.

This is feedback about PoE2, not Ruthless

If you want Ruthless to be less Ruthless, then go play normal mode
