Lock equipment with Spectre gem

Because there are so many bugs regarding inputs on console, especially when there are dueling UIs, its often easy to accidently unequip a piece that then kills off expensive spectres. I've spent all my money this league reviving spectres due to input errors.

Maybe make the right thumbstick inputs more consistent across menus and unable to drift into the equipment.
