Visual Clarity WTF

How long have people enjoying this game been asking for some sort of visual clarity. Is it only me?

There is so much garbage on the screen. Small stuff with 0 indication 1 shots me. Big drawn out slams that GGG forces you to see have 0 impact on my health pool.

Fan of Mirage, but fix the screen garbage ffs.
