Constant crash not allowing me to progress

Game crashes hard every time in the same area. The boss fight with Ketzui high priest of the sun. Tried multiple times and same outcome. Have restarted all hardware/software, tried with starting back in encmapments and doing the whole run again several times but having the same issue. On PC / steam.
