Make it possible to return to the Throne of the Crystal King node and pickup Bloodline

I had no idea killing Aul opened up a Bloodline altar. It didn't show clearly, and there's no notification (a popup at least should happen IMO). The loot was bad so I just left.

Having to now wait until I find another Aul - if I ever do - seems unnecessarily punitive. I should at least be able to return to the node, enter the arena and pick up the altar.

Right now, the portal to the arena just doesn't exist upon return.
