Fail to connect to instance

"Failed to connect to instance" occurs randomly when switching zones (entering Hideout or Maps.

Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:

Gateways: Switched between Singapore and Japan (issue persists on both). Re-start internet router and My PC, Change DNS, Change LAN Port

Renderers: Tested DX11, DX12, and Vulkan.

In-Game: Changed Hideouts and removed all MTX.

Wait Time: Waited over an hour between attempts, but the issue remains.

Path of Exile clients content: Already Run PackCheck.exe, Clear client's cache, Clear client's config files

Still Failed to connect instance any solution?
