Question about support wait times

Would it be possible to inquire about the current wait time for requests made to the Accounts Investigations Team? I was wondering if there was any way to see what the queue time for a request made may be? If that's not possible, then no worries.

Thank you. I was curious because a friend of mine seems to have been hit with an automated ban and waiting for a manual review. Apparently it claims 3rd party software, more accurately, botting but I know that's not accurate unless POB or awakened POE trade program are against TOS. The only thing that would make sense is he was targeted with malicious reports triggering an automatic ban. The account is 12+ years old with no prior offences and the man is unemployed and a nerd so has unlimited time to play, which could possibly be seen as a bot via an automated/AI system since there is no manual review. Im posting hoping something can be done or looked into because its wildly unfair for him to be targeted ingame for linking his pilfering ring in global chat and people spam reporting for botting, being banned and not even having a chance to dispute it since it was just an automated reply.
