Bug report #1108345883 - Cannot scroll down on Fragment tab in Currency Exchange

Title is behavior - all other tabs allow for scroll wheel or side navigation bar to control up/down within the tab. Fragment tab does not have black indicator bar on the side, and cannot use mouse wheel to scroll down.
