Fix Nightmare Maps - Remove Scarab of the Dextral and Scarab of the Sinistral from the Game.

I hope this stays the only league where heist/beast is a t17 thing. Because it forces even stronger builds to use the mentioned scarabs because the difference in revenue is not as big to not watch stuff while nearby facetanking bosses that once meant to be somewhat challenging.
At least remove fragmentdrops once one of those scarabs is used.

I would suggest to double or triple the mirage area as an emergency fix this league. Because the maps are so much bigger it would only be fair to do so.

I don't understand, what is the issue?
