Account issue

So i orginally played poe2 on my pc, bought all kinds of support pavks had the orc skins etc. Well i bought a ps5 pro an made new account thinking i had too when i merged accounts all the stuff i bought is gone. What should i do to fix?

Purchases made on PlayStation cannot be used on other platforms, and vice versa.
So, unfortunately there is nothing to fix - the system is working as designed. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
