Every season I enjoyed this since 3.1 Abyssal league

Every time I faced this, the frustration made me wonder is my connection/ISP problem or GGG server instability issue.

Problem: Spike ping from an instance to another instance or remain high ping in all instances even though menu shown <30ms. It immediate became 300ms+ when in game (ie: from HO area entered to map, lab, etc)

Magnitude: <30ms (normal) | 200-400ms (unplayable) | 300ms ramping up to few Kping (logged out)

Benchmark connection: When tested with Dota2 server SEA return <20ms ping in menu and in game.



anyone from SEA faces this problem? got solution?
