Don't obscure alternate reliquarian nodes when ascendancy point is chosen.

It's a little bit annoying not being able to see the other options on the character tree, once player has allocated an ascendancy sellection. Scion has it as well and probably some of the other ascendancies that now have a choice involved. Unless player has memorised this information, it becomes annoying to look for it outside of the game.

Goes for some mechanics as well. When allocating a point with an exclusive decision on the Gensis tree, player then looses visual of the other options, which they then need to unallocate the node to see, or tab out of game, if they are not memorising them.
