Deadlock detected

Hello i was wondering why sometimes i was getting error "Deadlock detected" which made game unresponsive and then turned it off. I noticed it happens almost every time i farm high density content, pause game and then tabout to any other program error either appears when im in other app or when i try to tab back in

It happens when you press "alt" so your game trying to show every piece of loot on the ground, disregarding filter and well, there's too much and game crashes
