Weapon range confusion: Harvest enchant 10q range = 0.1m or 1m?

Enchant a Melee Weapon. Quality does not increase its Physical Damage, has +1 Weapon Range per 10% Quality.

I recall they changed how range was displayed at some point.. but I don't remember what was old vs new lol.

My staff has weapon range listed as 1.3m. The harvest enchant says it gives +1 weapon range per 10% quality. If it's 1.0 it seems too strong so I'm inclined to think 0.1, but I'm not really sure. I found an old thread from ~3 yrs ago where people were talking about getting WR up to ~100 so maybe it's plausible.

Does seem like a pretty big increase, relative to the other harvest enchants. I think it is adding 1.0 though.

Mods listed on here look to be adding the fully integer, such as

I also think the made changes related to this at some point, but don't remember it exactly.
