Uber fragments

Put uber fragments to exarch in the devoice open it and no portals came at all, had no connection issues or anything, have had it take a couple of seconds before to open but now its been 10 mins and nothing.

I've had some instance crashing today. Unsure if its related, but pretty unusual for me over the past few years. Maps then loaded after a short delay, but timeout on entering portal. Still happening.
