Increase Golden Rule limit from 100 to 115

I know this seems like a silly powercreep by the face, but currently, the text on Golden Rule DO NOT state to have a limit. It was found through testing, that this limit is 100 (https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/The_Golden_Rule#Version_history).

Frankly, this seems like an arbitrary number capped for efficiency reasons. If it were a cap to limit the power of the item, it would state it so in the description. All my position leans on the fact that it was an undocumented change because you expected to be unnoticeable.

It also, fits a nice break point. 100 poisons takes your Chaos resistance from -60% to +40%, and only an Amethyst Flask from capping your resistances at 75%... unless you increase your maximum chaos resistance.

With everlasting sacrifice the cap is 80%. I am fine with defenses that take impulse to lift of in order to save suffixes, but anointing Cleansed Thoughs is too double edged for my taste. It would save me the flask spot, and make my chaos resistances span from -120% to +80%.

Please devs, ask yourselves:

-The change was undocumented because you didn't plan to balance the item and it should had been invisible to the players?
-The cap was sufficient to allow for easily capping chaos resistances in a dynamic way, saving suffixes in gear as tradeoff?
-The possibilities to expand the maximum resistances since 3.8 has increased, and this ramification of undocumented change might have slipped reviews?

115 limit would allow to cap your chaos resistances with 1 flask or 1 anointed Cleansed Thoughs. Make it work for 90%, not just 75% please.

Just rolling with Corruption's Embrace + Golden Rule at 75% Chaos Resistance with Atiziri's Promise and it feels wasteful :(
