Don't nerf Minion Pact because Blade Vortex is broken

Minion Pact provides an unconventional way of scaling damage previously only relevant to Minion Instability and Maw of Mischief builds. Currently it's absurdly broken with Blade Vortex simply because Blade Vortex circumvents the intended downside of sacrificing a minion.

I say don't nerf minion pact because blade vortex is ass LOL. Playing blade vortex from start to finish of a league is cbt up until u have divines upon divines of investment, and finally a skill makes it bearable and suddenly it's problematic. If they're going to nerf minion pact for the love of god buff blade vortex! :D
